TYTEX A/S acquires incontinence business division from Corman s.p.a. (6 June 2007)

We are pleased to announce that as of June 1st 2007, a business agreement has been reached between TYTEX A/S and Corman s.p.a.

Corman s.p.a. is a leading company in Italy within manufacturing and distribution of medical devices. The company is actively expanding in the global market within its core business Hypoallergenic Feminine Hygiene.

Consequently Corman s.p.a. approached TYTEX A/S and as a result of this TYTEX A/S has acquired the Seamless Incontinence Fixation Brief Division from Corman s.p.a.

We expect that the transaction will benefit our prospective current customers and further strengthen the strategic focus of TYTEX’ Continence Care Business Unit.

Furthermore, it is with great pleasure that we announce to all of you, that as per June 1st Thomas Klausen has been hired as President of the TYTEX GROUP, i.e. the Global Healthcare Division of Jacob Holm & Sons STA AG.

Thomas will continue the positive, strategic development of the Global Healthcare Division and TYTEX GROUP with the rest of our team.
